Request an instant estimate via our online form, email, or phone call. At Infinite Moving, we make it easy for you to start your moving journey with just a few clicks or a quick call.

02. Estimate

We will provide an accurate estimate and detailed moving plan in a few different ways.

03. Booking Reservation

Once you receive your estimate and are ready to proceed, simply confirm your reservation by calling or emailing us. We will finalize the details, including the date, time, and location of your move. You will receive a confirmation email with all the specifics and a reminder one day before your move. The estimate you receive in your confirmation is final with no hidden fees.

04. Moving Day

Our professional team will arrive on the specified date and time, wearing branded uniforms. Our clean, fully-equipped trucks come with dollies, hand trucks, and tools. Throughout the move, you will have full customer service support via email, phone or text message.

05. Packing & Preparation (Optional Service)

Our packing services save you time and ensure efficient moving. We provide high-quality moving boxes and packing supplies. Our professional packers will:

• Pack your belongings securely
• Label boxes
• Create a detailed inventory to assist with unpacking

Please note: This service must be requested during your reservation. It will be estimated and charged separately from your moving estimate.

06. Moving Process

Our team covers the floors and stairs with rubber mats for a secure move. We will:

• Disassemble furniture, wrap it in moving blankets, and label it
• Handle fragile items with extra care, including sculptures, antiques, and high-value items

07. Transportation & Delivery to Destination Address

At the destination, our team will:

• Unload boxes and furniture room by room
• Unwrap and reassemble furniture
• Unpack boxes as needed (Optional Additional Service)

You will inspect the property and belongings before we complete the job.

08. Secure & Convenient Payment Options

Payment is due upon job completion. We accept multiple payment options, including debit cards, credit cards, or cash. You will receive a contract copy and payment receipt. An official invoice is available upon request.
